Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 2026.
Most people who read this page are visitors to Buenos Aires: in town for a few days, staying somewhere in Palermo or Recoleta, browsing on a phone. So we kept the rules short and arranged them as the questions you would probably ask anyway. By using escort-argentinas.com, you accept what follows.

What is this site?
escort-argentinas.com is a directory of adult listings focused on Buenos Aires. Each listing shows how the advertiser works: whether they see people in a private apartment, visit hotels or travel to your address, and which neighborhoods they cover. We run the directory; advertisers write and upload their own listings.
What is it not?
It is not an agency, a booking service, a go-between or anyone’s employer. We do not arrange meetings, take payment for them or sit in on any deal between adults. We also do not check anyone’s identity, age or photos, so nothing on the site should be read as a stamp of approval. Treat every listing the way you would treat a classified ad in a city you do not know well: useful, but written by the person selling.
Who does what here?
An advertiser is an adult who publishes a listing: photos, a description, an area of the city, the type of meeting offered and a way to get in touch. A visitor is you, scrolling through, comparing neighborhoods or sending a message. Advertisers answer for what they publish. Visitors answer for how they use it.
Is there an age limit?
Yes. The site is for people aged 18 and over, whether you are browsing or posting. If you are younger, please leave now. If anything in a listing makes you think a minor is involved, tell us through the contact page and we will remove it straight away.
What can never be posted?
- anything involving minors, or suggesting it;
- listings for someone who is not acting freely, whether because of pressure, threats or a debt owed to someone else;
- photos taken from elsewhere, or another person’s images or details used without consent;
- listings designed to mislead: borrowed pictures, invented neighborhoods, offers nobody intends to honor;
- requests for money upfront built around a story meant to cheat the visitor;
- private information about third parties, such as home addresses, ID documents or family contacts.
Listings that break any of these rules come down.
Who is responsible for a meeting?
The two adults who meet. The site is not part of the conversation, and it is not there in the apartment, the hotel room or your rental when someone arrives. We cannot promise that an advertiser is who they say, that they will deliver what the listing describes, or that the place is what it seems. Price, timing, payment and everything else are agreed directly between you, and either side can say no at any point. Our safety tips are written with hotel guests and first-time visitors in mind.
What happens when something is wrong?
We may edit, hide or delete any listing that breaks these terms and block anyone who keeps trying to post banned material, without warning. When a listing is reported, we may take it offline while we look into it. The aim is simple: keep the directory worth using for the people who use it honestly.
Can I get my photos or details removed?
Yes. If you appear in a listing you never posted, or you are an advertiser who wants out, send us the exact link and a short explanation. The same applies if personal information of yours is showing somewhere it should not. How we handle data is set out in the privacy page.
Can I reuse what is on the site?
The layout, structure and our own text belong to the site; the photos and descriptions in each listing are the advertiser’s responsibility. Please do not copy listings to other places, harvest contacts in bulk, send spam or run automated scripts against the directory. If we see that, we cut off access.
Will these terms change?
Probably, as the site grows or new problems turn up. When they do, we update this page and the date at the bottom. The version that applies is the one published here on the day you visit.
How do I reach you?
There is no phone line or public mailbox. Everything goes through the form on the contact page: questions about the site, reports about listings and removal requests. For practical how-to questions, the questions page is the quickest place to start.
