Law Enforcement Requests
In force since October 2026.
This page is for police forces, prosecutors, courts and other public bodies, in Argentina or abroad, that need information from escort-argentinas.com. Our starting point is simple: we don’t hand over details about the people who use the site without their consent, unless we receive a court order or another valid formal request.
How do we work with the police?
We don’t want the directory to be a tool for hurting anyone. When we spot signs of exploitation, minors or a real threat against a person, we take the content down and, where it makes sense, contact the authorities ourselves. Disclosing a user’s data is another matter: personal data protection rules mean we need a formal request, not just an email or a phone call.
Emergencies. Where someone’s life or physical safety is at risk, for example a person who may be held in an apartment listed on a profile, mark the request as an emergency, describe the situation and explain how the data you’re asking for would help. Those requests go to the front of the line.
Preserving data. While you obtain the order, you can ask us to keep a profile’s information so it isn’t lost. The more identifiers you send, the better: the ad’s link, the name used on the site, the published phone number, the stated neighbourhood.
What if the request isn’t from the authorities?
Lawyers, private individuals and companies sometimes need information too, for example in a civil case. For those we ask for a court order, and we may ask for copies of the case papers to understand why the data matters. Stored messages, or the content of a profile that has been taken down, are only released under an order that sets out how they’ll be protected.
What should a request contain?
- the agency, case or file reference, and the name of the person signing;
- a copy of the order or formal request;
- the link to the profile or profiles and the name the advertiser uses on the site;
- which information you need and for what period;
- a short account of the facts that connect it to the listing;
- an official channel for our reply.
Send it through the form on this page. Put “”Law enforcement request”” in the subject line, or “”Law enforcement request, urgent”” in an emergency. Requests in English or Spanish are both fine.
How long do we keep data?
Not forever. For storage and security reasons, profile content and its copies are deleted over time, and once gone they can’t be recovered. We can’t promise that any particular record still exists. When we get a preservation request, we do our best to keep what it covers. Our general approach to personal data is in the privacy policy.
Do we tell the user?
We may let the affected person know before answering a civil or administrative request, so they have a chance to raise it with a judge. We don’t do this in criminal cases, in emergencies or when the order forbids it. Nothing here is legal advice.
When might we share data without an order?
Only in exceptional cases, where we consider it reasonable:
- to protect someone from a serious and immediate risk;
- when a profile shows signs of trafficking, exploitation or a minor;
- to defend the site against a claim or fraud;
- when the person concerned asks us to or agrees.
