Report complaints
In force since October 2026.
escort-argentinas.com is a directory of Buenos Aires listings, built from profiles that adults upload themselves. Use this page to tell us when one of those profiles, or the way its owner behaves, breaks the site’s rules or the law. You don’t need to speak Spanish or live in Argentina to use it.
How a complaint is handled
Intimate images of anyone posted without their permission are banned here, as is anything involving minors or exploited people. Anyone can file a complaint, with no account and no real name required. We read every report and deal with the most serious first. While we look into it, we may hide the profile or suspend the advertiser’s access. If we need more, we’ll use whatever contact you leave. We won’t always tell you the outcome.
Reports about intimate images shared without consent jump the queue. They can be filed by the person shown or by someone acting for them.
What can happen to a reported profile
If we find a breach, the response matches how serious it is:
- asking for a correction, such as a false district or a photo that shouldn’t be there;
- hiding the profile, or some of its pictures, for a while;
- deleting it completely;
- blocking the advertiser from posting again;
- alerting the authorities when there are signs of a crime.
We don’t investigate what happens off the site, like an argument over money in a flat or outside a hotel. If a crime took place, that’s a matter for the police.
Consent of the people shown
Everyone who appears in a profile’s photos or videos, whether their face is visible or not, must have agreed to two things: being photographed and having the image published here. The same goes for computer-generated pictures that resemble a real person. We can ask the advertiser to prove that consent at any time, and if they can’t, the image comes down. When we find identical copies of an image we’ve already removed, those go too.
THIS FORM IS NOT FOR COPYRIGHT CLAIMS. If someone is using your photo or text without permission, there’s a separate procedure on the DMCA page.
What we need from you
Give us the direct link to each profile you’re reporting, one per line. Links to search results, neighbourhood lists or the home page don’t help: we need to know exactly which ad you mean. Describe briefly what you saw. If someone is in danger right now, don’t wait for us: call 911.
Form fields:
- link or links to the reported profile (required);
- does the profile show someone underage or a trafficking victim? (yes / no);
- does the profile show intimate images of someone without their permission? (yes / no);
- what’s going on, in a few words;
- how to reach you (optional);
- signature: your name or a nickname, plus confirmation that what you’ve told us is true.
