On this page

In short

  • You can browse the whole Buenos Aires directory without an account, a name or a phone number.
  • We keep only what the site needs to run, remember your language and stay protected; we do not sell data.
  • Your chats with advertisers happen on their phone or messaging app, not on our servers.
  • You can ask to see, fix or delete anything we hold about you through the contact form.

Below is the longer version. It explains how escort-argentinas.com, an adult listings directory built around the neighborhoods of Buenos Aires, handles personal information, and what you can do about it. If you are visiting from abroad, the same rules apply to you as to local users.

Why we need so little

The site is a shop window. Advertisers post listings that show their area, the type of meeting they offer (their own apartment, hotel visits or coming to you) and how to reach them. We do not book anything or handle payments, so we have no reason to know who you meet, where or when. That shapes everything below: if a piece of information is not needed to run the directory, we do not ask for it.

What we collect

When you just browse

Like any website, our servers log technical details of each visit: IP address, browser and device type, language settings, pages viewed, the page you came from and the time. We do not tie this to your name. It is used to serve pages, count which sections get used and spot attacks or bots.

When you tap the contact button on a listing, your phone opens the advertiser’s chosen messaging app or dialer. From then on, the conversation is between the two of you. We cannot see it and we do not store it.

When you write to us

If you use the contact form, we keep what you enter: a name or nickname, a way to reply, the reason for your message, the text itself and any listing link you include. A real name is not required.

When you advertise

For advertisers, we keep what is needed to display and manage the listing: photos, description, neighborhood, meeting type, contact method and a record of changes. If an advertiser asks for removal, we keep a note of that request so we can show it was handled.

Browser data

Cookies and similar tools help us remember your language, keep the site stable and count visits in aggregate. The cookies page covers this in more detail.

What we use it for

  • showing the directory and keeping it fast on hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data;
  • remembering preferences such as language;
  • understanding, in aggregate, which neighborhoods and pages get the most interest;
  • answering messages and dealing with reports and removal requests;
  • catching fraud, fake listings, spam and automated abuse;
  • meeting legal obligations when a valid request comes from the authorities.

We do not use your details for marketing emails, we do not add you to mailing lists and we do not sell or rent any database.

Who else sees it

Keeping a website online takes outside help: hosting, content delivery, protection against attacks and traffic statistics. These providers process data on our behalf and only for that job. Some of them may operate outside Argentina; where that happens, we expect them to protect data to an equivalent standard.

Beyond that, information goes to authorities only in response to a formal, lawful request. Advertisers receive nothing from us about visitors. If an advertiser has your number, it is because you messaged them.

How long we keep it

As long as the purpose requires, and no longer. Technical logs are deleted or made anonymous once they stop being useful for security. Contact form messages are kept while the matter is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case it comes back. Advertiser listings are deleted when they are removed, apart from the minimum we must keep for legal reasons or to deal with a dispute.

Your rights

Argentine personal data protection law gives you rights you can use at any time, wherever you live:

  • access: find out whether we hold data about you and what it is;
  • correction: fix anything inaccurate or out of date;
  • deletion: have your data removed, including photos of you in a listing you did not authorize;
  • withdrawing consent: stop a use you agreed to earlier, such as analytics cookies.

To make any of these requests, use the form on the contact page. Tell us what you want and, if it concerns a listing, paste the link. We may ask for something that confirms the request really comes from you. That is not red tape; it is how we avoid deleting or handing over someone else’s information by mistake.

Keeping it safe

The whole site runs over an encrypted connection, internal tools are restricted and we keep backups. No system connected to the internet is flawless, so we will not claim zero risk, but we take every reported weakness seriously and act on it quickly.

One honest observation: the biggest privacy risk is rarely the website itself, but what you share by chat. Before sending your hotel name or room number to anyone, read our safety tips.

Minors

The site is for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information about minors, and if we learn that any has been uploaded, we delete it and remove the listing.

Changes to this page

If the way we handle data changes, we update this page and the date below, and flag significant changes on the site.
