Advertiser Agreement
In force since October 2026.
This page is for anyone who wants a listing on escort-argentinas.com, a directory of ads for Buenos Aires. If you only browse, your side of things is covered in the terms and conditions. If you plan to advertise, whether you live in the city or are here for a few weeks on a tour, please read the whole thing. Each section is a question with a number, so either of us can point to an exact rule later.
1. When does this apply, and can it change?
1.1 It applies the moment you upload or submit a listing, even if you never ticked a box. It’s all or nothing: if any part doesn’t work for you, don’t post, and if your profile is already up, ask us to take it down.
1.2 We may rewrite this page when the site changes or when a problem shows up that we hadn’t thought of. The version that counts is the one published here, dated at the top. Keeping your profile online after an update means you accept the new wording.
1.3 These rules cover you and the site only. They don’t hand anybody else a right to make claims on your behalf or on ours.
2. Who is allowed to advertise?
2.1 Adults aged 18 or over. Nobody younger, with no special cases.
2.2 A profile is about the person shown in it. You can post your own, or a friend or assistant can handle the upload for you, but only if the person in the photos chose this freely and is happy with every word on the page. Whoever does the uploading carries the same responsibility as the person featured.
2.3 Everything you enter has to be accurate: age, pictures, neighbourhood, the way you meet and how to reach you. If you host in a flat in Palermo, don’t label it Recoleta to catch more searches. If you only do hotel visits or outcalls, say so. When you’re touring, list the area you’re actually staying in and remove it when you leave. In a city this size, a wrong location sends someone across town to the wrong door, and that is where most trouble starts.
2.4 Your login details are your business to protect. If someone signs in with them, we treat whatever they post as yours.
3. What can never go into a profile?
3.1 Some material gets refused every time:
- anything that shows or hints at a person under 18, including old photos of someone who is an adult today;
- listings for people who aren’t deciding for themselves, for instance when someone else holds their phone, keeps the money or makes the calls;
- pictures of another person, images lifted from other websites or social profiles, and edited portraits meant to pass someone off as somebody else;
- intimate images of anyone who did not agree to them appearing here;
- tricks about the person or the place: made-up districts, photos of an apartment that doesn’t exist, one face in the gallery and a different woman at the door;
- deposit requests designed to pocket a visitor’s money;
- other people’s private details, such as home addresses, ID documents, relatives’ phone numbers or number plates.
3.2 We also turn down text that encourages violence, attacks a group of people, or uses the profile to sell something other than the advertiser.
4. What happens to a listing that breaks the rules?
4.1 We may fix small mistakes, hide a profile while we look into a report, or delete it outright. We don’t have to warn you first or explain each decision, though we usually do when we can.
4.2 Looking at what comes in doesn’t make us answerable for every profile. We don’t check identities or documents, and the fact that a listing is still online is not an endorsement.
4.3 Anyone who keeps uploading banned content loses access, along with their related profiles. If what we see points to minors or exploitation, we also pass it on; how we deal with official requests is set out under law enforcement.
5. Who owns the photos and text?
5.1 They stay yours, or belong to whoever licensed them to you. By posting them, you confirm that you’re entitled to use them and that nobody pictured objects.
5.2 You let us display them on the site, fit them to our layout (cropping, resizing, reordering pictures) and show them within the directory, for example in neighbourhood lists, for as long as the profile is live. That permission ends when you remove the listing, apart from technical copies that take a little while to clear.
5.3 If someone has posted your material without permission, the process is described on the copyright page.
6. Who answers for problems caused by an ad?
6.1 You do. What you publish and what happens at the meetings you arrange is on you: the rate, the time, the place, how you get paid and how people are treated.
6.2 If a third party comes after the site over something you posted or did, say a stolen photo, a false detail or harm during a meeting, you take on that claim and what it costs, legal defence included. The same applies to anyone managing a profile for someone else.
7. Where does the site’s responsibility stop?
7.1 escort-argentinas.com is a shop window. It isn’t in the chat, in the flat, in the hotel room or at anyone’s front door, and it doesn’t take a cut of any booking. So it can’t answer for what adults agree between themselves or for what happens afterwards.
7.2 The site is offered as it is. It may go down, show errors or display a profile badly for a while. We make no promises about views, ranking in lists or any other result.
7.3 We are not liable for knock-on losses either: clients who never showed up, income you were counting on, damage to your reputation. As far as the rules in force allow, this limit always applies.
8. Anything else?
8.1 If one part of this page turns out to be invalid, the rest still stands.
8.2 Not enforcing a rule on one occasion doesn’t mean we’ve dropped it.
8.3 You can’t pass your profile, or this agreement, on to someone else without our say-so.
8.4 Questions and takedown requests go through the form on the contact page. To flag a specific listing, use report complaints.
